Starch Glue Preparer
The starch glue preparation unit supervises the glue formation processes known as “Minocar” and “Stein Hall”. In the “Minocar” process, an algorithm carefully monitors the reaction between starch and caustic soda, autonomously adjusting the viscosity according to a preset curve.
This dynamic adjustment ensures uniform glue distribution, regardless of possible variations in the water and starch used.

Distinctive features
The distinctive features of the preparation unit as we propose it give the plant wide flexibility, such as:
Possibility of using different raw materials
Management and monitoring of glue production processes
Consumption monitoring and recording
Indication of glue quality through viscosity measurement via reaction curve
Recording, archiving and management of historical data
Two formation processes
“Minocar” process“Stein Hall” process
Our preparation system is able to manage two distinct glue formation processes: the “Minocar” process and the “Stein Hall” process.
In the “Minocar” preparation process, an algorithm carefully monitors the reaction between starch and caustic soda, autonomously adjusting the viscosity and bringing it back within a value predetermined by a parametric curve.
This action is dynamic and self-adapting to the specific conditions of the moment. The chemical reactions during glue preparation vary every time, because the process water used has different characteristics each cycle and its combination with the other preparation elements (starch, recycled water, caustic soda, etc.) produces unique effects.
Thanks to this self-adaptive system, we obtain a glue with a constant structure, regardless of the quality and variability of the water and starch used.
